The room we booked was one with 2 queen beds. When we arrived the desk clerk said that wasn't available. He said the rooms are first come first serve. We would have never booked at this property if we knew. The only room they had was a king bed. We had 3 people. It was late so we took the room. When we went to our room the room's door was smashed and it looked like someone had tried to break into it. It would not shut unless the deadbolt was engaged. The overhead light was strobing and needed to be unscrewed. The smoke alarm was beeping and there were no towels or trash can in the room. My husband went down to the front desk to ask for towels and the desk clerk said they had no clean towels available. He said he could go to an empty room and get some, they never arrived. We canceled our booking for the 2nd night. Worst hotel room we've experienced.

Absolutely nothing. When I called and checked reservations they said the pool was open. It was in fact not open. They said I would get a refund. Haven't been able to get ahold of anyone in almost a week.
